For Prepaid Orders (PhonePe, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net-Banking)

Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) - There is a flat ₹200/- COD Fee. We do have FREE SHIPPING on prepaid orders.

1. If a COD order isn't collected, our support team will contact you to resolve the issue. If re-shipping is needed due to delivery issues, a re-shipping fee of Rs 120 will apply, and the order will be shipped to the original address provided.
2. Please note that if a COD order is refused or not collected, we may utilize the product for our social media campaigns to recover costs incurred for production, personalization, packaging, shipping, and return courier charges.
3. Our personalized jewelry is custom-made with your photo, making each piece truly unique. Due to their bespoke nature, returned items cannot be resold. When placing a COD order, please ensure you collect it, as we invest considerable effort into crafting your special piece.
