Upon placing the order for personalized product, Our Manufacturing process starts in the following hour to adhere and meet the processing & Delivery timelines. The refund is unfortunately not possible under any circumstances for the personalized orders.
1. Reporting of Issues
- For any product issues, defects, or damages, please email feminova0007@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery (as per courier tracking). Claims received after this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.
2. Proof & Evidence Requirements
- To process any claim, a clear and complete unboxing video of the package (showing all sides before opening) is required. Without this video evidence, claims will be rejected, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
3. Privacy & Third-Party Handling
- Your photos are stored securely with us, and we respect your privacy. Once shipped, products are handled by third-party logistics providers, over which we have no control. Feminova is not liable for delays, mishandling, or privacy breaches caused by these third parties.
4. Lost, Misdelivered, or Undelivered Shipments
- If a shipment is lost or undelivered due to courier error, Feminova will reship the product at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued for customized/personalized items. If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please email feminova0007@gmail.com within 48 hours.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are only available for manufacturing defects or confirmed loss during transit, subject to our policy terms and conditions.
6. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an order on Feminova, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and accepted our Returns & Refund Policy, which supersedes any conflicting statements unless confirmed in writing by Feminova.
